Fruit Packing company located in Spalding require some additional office support in the accounts department. The main responsibility of this role will be to ensure that all suppliers are invoiced correctly and that payments are received on time.

To be successful as the Purchase Ledger Administrator you must have previous working knowledge and experience of:

• creating payment runs,
• creating remittances,
• logging info with regards to payments and invoices on the internal system,
• managing the pre payment schedule,
• adding inbound invoices to the system and sending to the relevant department for

You maybe required to assist with other finance administration at busy periods so you will need to be a team player and flexible in your approach to work.
